When you use our contact form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Request type
• Message content

We use this information to handle and respond to your enquiry. Technical data, including IP addresses and request logs, may also be processed to operate and secure the website.

3. Service providers

We use the following service providers:

• AWS: website hosting (DE).
• Supabase: contact-form processing (IE).
• Infomaniak: delivery and storage of contact-form submissions (CH).

Additional processing locations are described in the AWS, Supabase, and Infomaniak subprocessor lists. Where required, international transfers are protected by recognised standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

We retain enquiries, including copies, for as long as necessary to handle them or fulfil applicable legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@parnoid.io.
